Delivery, Installation and Training

For appropriate machines we include free delivery, installation and initial training of your operators - when you purchase equipment from us. Our aim is to have your machine up and running in the shortest possible time.

Warranty

All new Watkiss machines, sold in the UK, come with a 12 month parts and labour warranty.

Preventative Maintenance Agreements

Many customers choose from our range of preventative maintenance agreements, which are designed to prevent problems before they occur. This can save time and money. We will contact you before your warranty expires to discuss the options available.

Telephone Technical Support

If problems do occur, we provide free first line technical support by telephone. This is fast and convenient and can frequently resolve an issue without needing an engineer visit.

Engineer Call Out

If on-site support is needed, we aim to deal with your problem promptly and efficiently. With that in mind, our engineers carry a wide range of spare parts to ensure one-visit call outs wherever possible.

Parts and Supplies

Watkiss machines are manufactured in the UK which means spare parts are readily available. Parts and supplies are held by us at our Bedfordshire factory which means there is little delay in despatch. Wherever possible, orders placed before 3pm are despatched on that day.

Documentation

Your machinery is supplied with full user documentation. Should you require further copies of the operating manuals for any reason, they are available as Downloads from this website.
