Reliable Feeding & Set Security
Choose friction feed or suction feed - up to 16 bins per tower. The
patented SlimVAC rotary vacuum feed bins collate a wide range of papers
with virtually no adjustments. If you choose friction feed bins,
air blast separation ensures you can enjoy 'best in class' performance. The unique Watkiss SMART detection system is in every
bin, continually averaging and fully compensating for ambient light
conditions.Centre Referenced
The entire Vario system is centre referenced - so the feed
is always balanced and central on the sheet, regardless of the paper
size.
Ergonomic
Load and unload the machine from a single position - this saves space
and means less operator fatigue, less downtime and higher productivity.
Easy-to-use Graphical User Interface
The Vario's multi-lingual colour touch-screen interface controls all
connected equipment, including stacking, stitching, folding and
trimming, giving greater ease of use and fast set-up. Productivity is
enhanced by preset sizes, flexible bin linking, multi-set programming
and batch insertion.
Multiple outputs and set diversion
Sets can be delivered to the front or the rear of the machine so a
stacker and a booklet maker can be online simultaneously. Bad set
diversion is a standard feature of all floor-standing Varios.
