Paper Joggers

Watkiss Automation Limited manufacture two types of paper jogger designed for offline, independent use.

The Watkiss Heavy Duty Jogger offers bulk jogging capability with almost instantaneous clean edged stacks ready for presswork, finishing, stacking or packing. Its robust construction makes it a durable work-horse, yet it is still portable for take to the job applications. The foot switch leaves both hands free to handle the stock and there is ample power for even the most taxing tasks. The specially designed bin will jog up to 90mm (3.5") stacks of all sizes up to A4 (210x297mm), or with a backboard up to A3. Even 20° or 90° separated stacks can be jogged without recombining the sets. The Watkiss Heavy Duty Jogger is a thoroughly versatile and powerful tool, ideally suited to complement any finishing application.

 

 

The Watkiss Stream Feed Jogger is unique in having the flexibility to fit into almost any production line. Supplied with a two position bench stand, the jogger also has an optional universally adjustable floor stand which means it can be positioned at the correct height and angle to receive the output form a wide range of printroom equipment. The jogging action can be altered via power control to suit the task and it is also independently and automatically increased as more paper is delivered into the tray so that the top sheets receive constant jogging action regardless of the load.

The vibration is actuated by an electro-magnet which results in no wear on parts. Up to 100mm (4") of stock, equivalent of 2 reams of 80gsm (20#bond) sized from A5 to A3 can be accommodated, and sets separated by 20° or 90° can be reliably jogged without risk of recombination. The Watkiss Stream Feed Jogger is rated for continuous use, is easily portable and extremely quiet in operation.
