Watkiss grants patent licence right to PlockMatic

WATKISS AUTOMATION LIMITED of Holme Court, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, SG18 9ST United Kingdom, and PLOCKMATIC INTERNATIONAL AB of Box 10025, 12126 Stockholm, Globen, Sweden have agreed to cooperate in the area of the new booklet making technology. As a result hereof WATKISS grants PLOCKMATIC a licence right to manufacture products under UK Patent 2360013, European Patent Application 00306418.5 (designating Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom) Japanese Patent Application 2001-017062 and US Patent Application 09/684020, all entitled “Methods of and apparatus for ‘Producing Booklets”, any patents obtained on the basis of European Patent Application 00306418.5 and any patents deriving from US Patent Application 09/684020 and Japanese Patent Application 2001-017062 and any other patent claiming as its priority the application of UK Patent 2360013 worldwide.
