This is a demanding and varied role. The ideal applicant will be
an organised and self-motivated person who is methodical in their
approach to work. They should be able to prioritise their own workload
whilst maintaining a good sense of humour and demonstrate a high level
of attention to detail.
Experience of MS Word and Excel is desirable, good numeracy and
keyboard skills are essential.
Duties to include :-
Review daily outstanding orders/shortages and contact suppliers
for delivery dates
Check confirmation/acknowledgement of orders for price, delivery
and quantity
Carry out regular office duties – data input, filing, archiving
Maintain database of electrical orders and supply electrical
kits to stores
Process spares orders and supply kits if required
Generate reject notes, update database and contact suppliers for
replacement of faulty parts
